30 Minute Meal – Upside Down Pizza

Upside down or inside out – no matter which way you flip it, pizza is delish!    This homemade dish is one of Wendy Feenstra’s family’s favorites.   Wendy is a Customer Service Representative at our Huron location, a wonderful wife and a mom to 2 busy kids.  So this quick and hearty meal is a go to for her during the week when time is tight.   Add a lettuce salad with some crunchy veggies and your supper is complete.

Ingredients:

1 pound hamburger

1 packet spaghetti sauce mix

1 8oz. can tomato sauce

1 can crescent rolls

2 c. mozzarella cheese

1/4 c. butter melted

Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat over to 375.  Brown hamburger.  Drain off grease.  Mix the spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce with hamburger.  Let it simmer for a few minutes.  Spread meat mixture evenly in 9×13 pan.  Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the meat.  Unroll crescent rolls over the top of the cheese.  Drizzle melted butter over the top of crescent rolls.  Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.  Bake for 9-12 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown.
